2016 Payment Plan:

The 2016 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U Team Assessment is $200 (due by September 15, 2015), the Player second Fee is $200 (due by November 10, 2015) and the final $150 is due by January 12, 2016 for a total of $550 per player.  For anyone needing a uniform, the $150 for the uniform is due when the uniform comes in around February.
